Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of project control best practices and process improvements to ensure successful project execution, enhance communication amongst the project team, and improve client satisfaction.
- Develop, monitor and update cost-loaded CPM schedules and Work Breakdown Structures using Primavera P6.
- Monitor, assess and report progress and impacts to the critical path.
- Prepare schedule reports and other analytics as required.
- Analyze cost, schedule, and change order information to assist in forecasting and estimating activities.
- Respond to cost or schedule data requests from internal or external organizations.
- Consult with customers and attend status meetings.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient at scheduling, monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's of Science degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience preparing & developing project schedules; 2+ years of experience Primavera P6 scheduling.
