What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Develop, update, and maintain cost-loaded CPM schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using Primavera P6 for electric utility and capital projects
  • Support project managers, engineers, and project controls teams by providing schedule, cost, and performance insights
  • Prepare proposal-level schedules and cost estimates, including baseline schedules, resource plans, and cost assumptions
  • Monitor schedule performance, evaluate critical path impacts, and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies
  • Analyze cost, schedule, and change order data to support forecasting, estimating, and change management
  • Prepare and validate Primavera P6 schedule and cost data for integration into Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Prepare schedule reports, analytics, and summaries for leadership updates and stakeholder communications
  • Support project controls best practices and help improve tools, templates, and processes
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project planning and progress tracking
  • Support both utility and non-utility capital projects as needed within a consulting environment
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support project and team objectives

What You'll Bring to the Familia:

Essentials to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related technical or analytical field
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining CPM project schedules using Primavera P6 Professional, preferably in utility, construction, infrastructure, or capital project environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret schedule, cost, and performance data to support project decision-making
  • Working knowledge of CPM scheduling concepts and cost control principles, including scheduling, forecasting, and change management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to prepare clear analyses and reports
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work with stakeholders in a consulting environment
  • Power BI literacy, including the ability to understand dashboards and prepare accurate schedule and cost data for reporting and analytics
What Will Make You Stand Out:
