Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination with electrical utilities on transmission or distribution line projects.
• Develop detailed designs for overhead and underground power lines.
• Conduct field surveys, assess structure strengths, and ensure compliance with NESC standards.
• Create comprehensive construction packages and provide ongoing support during the construction phase.
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Travel up to 25%.

Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in power line design.
• Engineer-In-Training (F.E. Exam passed) with plans to obtain a PE license.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Excel is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for multi-state travel.
