Sound like a familia you're ready to join? Here's the details on what we are looking for in this position:
What You'll Do:
- Document Control & Organization: Organize, revise, update, and maintain documents in electronic management systems such as SharePoint.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Perform quality checks on engineering documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to client standards.
- Process Development: Develop and refine procedures like Document Control Plans, file naming conventions, and email protocols.
- Communication & Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers, Project Controls teams, and clients to ensure seamless documentation workflows.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key document updates, manage notices, and assist in project procedures throughout each stage of the projects’ lifecycles.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Up to 10% of travel may be required.
Who You Are:
- Associate of Science degree from an accredited university in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across teams.
- Autonomous & Meticulous—A self-starter who can navigate complex processes with minimal oversight.
- Technical proficiency—Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
- Problem-Solving Mindset—Comfortable building and documenting processes efficiently.
An Added Bonus Would Be:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in a related field.
- Project Management coursework or certifications or experience supporting Project Managers or Project Controls Specialists.
- Low-Code Programming Experience: Familiarity with tools like QuickBase or Power Automate in SharePoint.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
