Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control standards and procedures.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Collaborate with departments to resolve quality issues and ensure products/services meet organizational and customer expectations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance across processes.
Coordinate NCRs treatment.
Manage and troubleshoot IT systems, including software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Ensure that IT solutions support business needs and optimize workflow efficiency.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to maintain system reliability and security.
Assist employees with technical issues and provide training on new IT tools and processes.
Manage workplace injury reports and implement corrective actions as needed.
Lead and implement ESG initiatives.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of the company's facilities.
Coordinate office space utilization, including layout planning and space optimization.
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility services.
Mentor and develop department supervisors, fostering professional growth and skill development.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure alignment with department goals.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in process improvement, or leadership position.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, delegate effectively, and drive operational success.
- Strong understanding of quality control systems, safety regulations, IT infrastructure, and office management practices
- Excellent organizational, project management, and mutitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficient in using office software and IT systems, including project management tools and databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
