Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of project control best practices and process improvements to ensure successful project execution, enhance communication amongst the project team, and improve client satisfaction. 
  • Develop, monitor and update cost-loaded CPM schedules and Work Breakdown Structures using Primavera P6.   
  • Monitor, assess and report progress and impacts to the critical path.   
  • Prepare schedule reports and other analytics as required. 
  • Analyze cost, schedule, and change order information to assist in forecasting and estimating activities. 
  • Respond to cost or schedule data requests from internal or external organizations. 
  • Consult with customers and attend status meetings. 
  • Complete other duties as assigned. 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient at scheduling, monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's of Science degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience preparing & developing project schedules; 2+ years of experience Primavera P6 scheduling.
